Mega Saver Warranty / Exchange Policy

• Exchange warranty on used/ refurbished phones: 14 days
• Exchange warranty on new flashed phones: 30 days 
• When warranty is expired, you will be eligible to get 50% discount on repair services for up to 1 month. 
• Refund on used/ refurbished/ new flashed phones: 7 days 
• Refund on Broadband: 3 days (must be with original package and accessories). 
•30% restocking fee will be applied towards all returns. 
Items with physical damage are not eligible for refund. 
• Exchange warranty on brand new phone: 30 days or 30 minutes of (must be with original package and accessories) talking time 
• Warranty on accessories: 14 days 
• All accessories are not refundable. Exchange only. 
• Activation, reactivation, flashing, transferring, ESN change fees, and payments are not refundable.


What is classified “out of warranty”?

Any physical damage. Products subjected to abnormal use or conditions, accident, mishandling, neglect unauthorized alternation, misuse; products which mechanical serial number or electronic serial number has been removed , damage from exposure to moister, humidity, excessive temperatures or extreme environmental conditions, battery leakage, blown fuse, theft or improper usage of any electrical source; products with damaged original accessories are not eligible for warranty exchange or refund.
