Can I flash my phone to other carriers?
We can flash almost any CDMA phones. However some models can be flashed only partially (web browsing and picture mail features become unavailable). Please, call our technical department for more information. (click here)

How much can I get for my phone?
Just bring your cell phone to one of our locations to provide you with a quote. It is also important to know, that you can always trade-in your phone for a discount higher than the amount you would get in cash.

Can I sell my phone (Sprint, AT&T, Verizon, etc...) to Mega Saver?
We buy almost all CDMA phones in working conditions. We also buy some GSM phones depending on the model. Please, visit our store for a price quote. Remember, that you will get a better discount when trading-in a phone than just selling it for cash.

I have problems with the Internet access on my phone. Can you fix it?
There may be several reasons for your mobile Internet not working:
• Your phone does not support web browsing (e.g. partially flashed phone)
• Your account is not set up correctly
• Your mobile web settings are invalid (e.g. wrong URL or password)
We can help you out with those issues. Please visit one of our stores for assistance. We are not able to identify problem over the phone.

Can I claim warranty for a used phone?
Yes. All our phones come with at least 2 weeks free warranty (30 days for some models), that can be claimed at any Mega Saver location. Please, be sure to keep your receipt.

Why is the online price different from the price quote I got at the store?
We offer “Online ONLY” discounts for customer’s convenience. That means we may not be able to offer you the same price at the store. You are more than welcome to take advantage of our online deals when ordering products through our web site.
