Job Description: We specialize in Computer and Cell Phone sales and repair. We are the #1 seller of Cricket phones and services in the Omaha area! Troubleshoot and repair all types of phones with all kinds of problems! Testing cellular phones for malfunctions/defects, cleaning and making repairs (internally and cosmetically). Inspecting phones and sorting for resell. Flashing phones to Cricket. Repairing pcs and building custom pcs. Optimizing software and upgrading hardware.
We are looking for Tech-savvy people willing to work in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications: The right candidate must possess the ability to work well in a team oriented and deadline driven environment. Our Technicians must have some knowledge of computer repair, experience with recovery and reloading is a plus. Computer repair technician programs teach principles that can easily be applied to cell phones! Experience working with small hand tools and is a plus. We are looking for technicians with strong work ethic and a positive demeanor who can provide fast and professional service. We provide hands-on training.
